We at TheIssue.com would like to officially welcome you to the Blogosphere. We hope
you are as excited as we are.

Rarely do we encounter such a phenomenon that alters our collective media landscape
the way the blogosphere has and will continue to do. Prior to the blog explosion,
the only vehicles for publishing individually created content were through
traditional outlets that imposed both an editorial influence and an inherent time
delay on work. This historic entry barrier to publication has been removed and as a
result, it is now possible to read someone's first-hand, unmediated work on a blog
in almost real-time.

It is impossible to overstate the significance of the blogosphere revolution. There
are currently over 90 million blogs covering topics as broad as the human
imagination. Many of these publications are authored by noted academics,
professionals, experts of every sort, journalists, and individuals eager to share
their unique perspectives and ideas. Blogs are an increasingly important source of

world.

TheIssue.com is an online newspaper that does just this-we aim to provide a more
complete source of daily news by culling the Internet for the best of the
